社会的（外交的）に適切な方法で、より自然な「話す英語」としてのコミュニケーション能力を向上させたいと考えていらっしゃる上級レベルのコースです。 それぞれのレベルのレッスンでは様々な興味深い最新のトピックを基にロールプレイや、ペアまたはグループでの作業をとおして、より多くのコミュニケーションのチャンスを持って頂けるよう工夫されています。
These courses are for Advanced level students who would like to improve their ability to communicate more naturally in spoken English in a socially appropriate way. Each course aims to provide you with plenty of opportunities to communicate through role-plays, pair and group work based on a range of interesting and up-to-date topics.
コースの内容Contents of the course
- 通常的に使用される英語での表現などの練習 （例：同意や不同意をしめす、話を総括する、意見を述べる、理解しているか確認する、など）
- practice of functional expressions used in English e.g. agreeing and disagreeing, generalising, giving opinions, ・checking understanding, etc;
- 信頼性のあるUK PLUSでの教材を使用してディスカッションや意見交換を促進
- use of authentic and in-house materials to stimulate discussion and sharing of opinions;
- 英語の特徴的な発音の練習 （例：イントネーションやスピーチの繋げ方等）
- practice of pronunciation features of English e.g. intonation and connected speech;
- BBCのオーディオ、ビデオや映画を使ったリスニングの練習
- listening activities utilising BBC audio, video and film material;
- 単語習得と、一覧表や語族を用いての語彙の覚え方
- vocabulary practice with guidance on how to remember new words by using diagrams, word families etc.
